This is a temporary assignment (OPS) providing front line support for user desktops and printers in the Leon County Public Defenders office, 2nd Judicial Court (State of Florida) at the Leon County Courthouse.
- Duties include installation and configuration of workstations, desk side troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Responsible for new ID creation and password resets for three (3) different proprietary applications.
