Responsible for multiple site support for various systems throughout South Florida, requiring telephone, remote connect and on-site servicing and support.

  • Supported as many as 95 workstations and up to 12 file/print servers at 12 geographically dispersed sites in South Florida.
  • Deployed all new desktop computing and infrastructure upgrades to improve system performance, ensure business continuity and improve productivity.
  • Team lead for relocation of business systems for two office locations impacting 50+ staff, an equal number of PC workstations, two file/print servers and seven network printers.
  • Provided Day 1 Disaster Recovery support to restore multiple banking centers to full service without an interruption in customer service.
